This is how you ascertain the correct size:
measure around your hip where the belt is supposed to be - ideally, you use a measuring tape for that or if you don‘t have any of these, take a cord to wrap it around your hip and measure the length with a ruler afterwards. Now you know your waist girth, which will help you to choose the correct size. Our sizes always determine the length from one end to the middle of the five belt holes - so no slipping pants neither on good or bad days.
